WHAT...Small stream flooding caused by excessive rainfall is occurring.
WHERE...Southeastern Armstrong County in west central Pennsylvania... Central Indiana County in west central Pennsylvania...
WHEN...Until 700 AM EDT Sunday.
IMPACTS...Flooding of rivers, creeks, streams, and other low-lying and flood-prone locations is imminent or occurring. Streams continue to rise due to excess runoff from earlier rainfall.
ADDITIONAL DETAILS...
At 1002 PM EDT, local law enforcement reported flooding in the warned area. Between 2 and 3 inches of rain have fallen.
Some locations that will experience flooding include... Indiana, Clymer, Chevy Chase Heights, Ernest, Marion Center, Cherry Tree, Creekside, Plumville, Shelocta, Atwood, Dixonville and Commodore.
What to do: Turn around, don't drown when encountering flooded roads. Most flood deaths occur in vehicles.
Be especially cautious at night when it is harder to recognize the dangers of flooding.

At 1001 PM EDT, local law enforcement reported flooding in the warned area. Flooding is already occurring. Between 1 and 3 inches of rain have fallen.
Some locations that will experience flooding include... Punxsutawney, Big Run, Rossiter, Glen Campbell, Timblin, Worthville, Smicksburg, Anita and Rochester Mills.

At 946 PM EDT, emergency management reported flooding in the warned area. Flooding is already occurring. Between 3 and 5 inches of rain have fallen.
Some locations that will experience flooding include... Marienville, Reynoldsville, Brockway, Sykesville, Falls Creek, Sigel, Clear Creek State Park and Clarington.
