Read the release boundary first
A file being downloadable does not make every historical field current. Each package must be read with its README, schema, changelog, version, and source dates. External mirrors can lag the local site release and must not be described as synchronized unless their bytes and version were independently verified.
Current CCR local release
The current local CCR rich-fields package contains 7,100 direct PWSID service-area mappings. It does not publish accepted phone, email, source-water narrative, PFAS, language, or other parsed CCR fields. Those fields remain null or unknown until source document, reporting period, extractor output, and field locator pass the evidence contract. Do not combine this release with retired coverage percentages or the retired parser corpus.
The separate Spanish-language-access package uses ACS 2020-2024 and a California relevance benchmark of more than 1,000 people or more than 10 percent. That benchmark is not a federal translation mandate. Its exact record count and files are governed by the package manifest generated in the accepted build.
Home Safety Score exports
The current Home Safety Score is model 4.0.0. It requires four inputs: drinking-water compliance from SDWIS and ECHO, with PFAS kept inside the drinking-water domain; radon; and annual AQI. The four inputs form three equally weighted domains. A ZIP is unscored when any required input is unavailable. Grades use A at 85, B at 70, C at 55, D at 40, and F below 40. The site's 17-vertical registry describes broader context and future candidates; it is not a set of 17 weighted score components.
Current-series exports must carry the model version, source vintages, coverage, and missing states. Historical score releases are not comparable to model 4.0.0 unless explicitly versioned as historical.
