WHEN...Through this evening.
IMPACTS...Excessive runoff may result in flooding of rivers, creeks, streams, and other low-lying and flood-prone locations. Low-water crossings may be flooded. Flooding may occur in poor drainage and urban areas.
ADDITIONAL DETAILS...
Scattered thunderstorms will be developing again this afternoon into this evening. Rainfall rates in excess of 1 inch per hour are expected with the stronger storms with isolated areas having the potential of 1-3 inches. Additional rainfall from the previous day activity will result in faster responses in normally dry washes, creeks and roadway dips. The watch was extended into Monday evening as scattered thunderstorms will also have the potential for 1-3 inches Monday afternoon and evening.

At 443 AM MST, Doppler radar and automated rain gauges indicated thunderstorms producing heavy rain across the warned area. Between 1 and 2 inches of rain have fallen. The AZGFD3 and Diamond Bell Ranch alert gauges have recorded 1\.5 inches in the last hour and a half. Flash flooding is ongoing or expected to begin shortly.HAZARD...Flash flooding caused by thunderstorms.

IMPACT...Flash flooding of small creeks and streams, urban areas, highways, streets and underpasses as well as other poor drainage and low-lying areas.
Some locations that will experience flash flooding include... Three Points, Tucson Estates, Tucson Mountain Park and Ryan AirField.
This includes the following highways... Route 86 between mile markers 146 and 160. Route 286 between mile markers 25 and 45.
This includes the following streams and drainages... Alambre Wash, Cerro Prieto Wash, Saucito Wash, Altar Wash, Brown Wash, Brawley Wash, Banner Wash, Fresno Wash, Mendoza Wash, South Mendoza Wash and Soto Wash.
Qué hacer: Turn around, don't drown when encountering flooded roads. Most flood deaths occur in vehicles.

- WHAT...Flash flooding caused by excessive rainfall continues to be possible.
WHERE...All of northern and central Arizona.
WHEN...Through this evening.
IMPACTS...Flash flooding will be possible in creeks, normally dry washes, swimming holes, and over recently burned areas. Raging killer currents will be possible in side canyons and narrow slot canyons. Low-water crossings may be flooded.
ADDITIONAL DETAILS...
Showers and thunderstorms are expected to continue this afternoon and evening. With deep monsoonal moisture in place and already saturated soils in some locations, an elevated risk of flash flooding will be in place through Monday.
